About Us
We are a design and build business predominantly but not exclusively in timber frame, including traditional oak post and beam frames, 'glulam', steel and masonry - or a combination of materials to suit the project.
Please look through this website, and do not hesitate to make contact, even if you are just thinking of a scheme to meet your needs. Our philosophy is to guide you as to what is possible, based on more than three decades of experience both in the UK and beyond.
What We Do
We will listen first of all to what you are hoping to achieve, and guide you also on further options which might include site or other limitations that must be taken into account. We will then come up with a design to meet or surpass the brief, but base this on what we know about cost management, planning policy and a myriad of finer detail needed to be considered from the outset.
We at InaSanctum Designs prefer to get involved on a project at the outset wherever possible. Once the brief is agreed, we can then get to work on the design phase, and outline any potential pitfalls in the processes required ahead. This inevitably saves time and money having to overcome hurdles further along which can occasionally result in significant changes.
